Our principal and staff
Our school team is committed to every student’s learning, wellbeing and sense of belonging. We work together to create a supportive and inclusive school where every child is set up for success.
Welcome from our principal
Welcome to Cobbitty Public School. As Principal, I am honoured to lead a dedicated and professional team of educators and staff who are committed to providing a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for every student.
At Cobbitty Public School, we are proud to belong to Public Education and believe in the transformative power of learning. Our work is grounded in equity and a shared commitment to striving for excellence, ensuring that every student is known, valued and supported to achieve their best. We inspire curiosity, cultivate creativity and promote critical thinking through a balanced curriculum that supports academic success alongside social and emotional development.
Student voice is central to our school culture. We actively listen to our students and provide meaningful opportunities for them to contribute to their learning and to the life of the school. We also value strong partnerships between home and school and encourage open, respectful communication across our community. Your voice, ideas and feedback are welcomed and valued.
Together, we can create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that empowers all students to reach their full potential. Thank you for being an essential part of the Cobbitty Public School community and for your ongoing partnership in supporting student success.
Nicole George, Principal of Cobbitty Public School
